Delivery and Restitution

Orders placed will be shipped within 20 working days. If the items ordered are immediately available the delivery will be within 7 working days. Once the shipment is ready we guarantee delivery throughout Italy in 48/72 hours. Delivery time for orders from overseas may vary depending on the destination.

Right of withdrawal

The customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving any reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us of its decision by an unequivocal statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or email). To meet the deadline it is sufficient that the customer send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you decide to exercise this right, all payments received on our behalf, including the costs of delivery (except for additional costs arising from the choice of a different type of delivery, the least expensive type of standard delivery will be reimbursed), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day when we are informed of the decision to terminate the contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, it will not incur in any fees as a result of that. The customer is obliged to make the shipment within the 14 days provided by law, on her charge, through its own means or by asking Zamiahome to pick up the goods at the designated address Argenti Fusco S.r.l. V. Agglomerato Industriale, TARI' 81025 Marcianise (CE).

In the withdrawal mail specify the name, geographical address, the order number and the phone number.
